Hey guys It will be announced this monday, there will be a complet live broadcast for the 2 days of the competition, Day 1 is a Competition by itself, day 2 is more like a bench party. OverClocking-TV is partnering with MSI will provide a complet live broadcast of the event, we have reserved some interesting things for you guys ! You can use this page : http://www.overclocking-tv.com/live/ or directly embed the Live broadcast from youtube and link back to OCTV or MSI official page. Note : on the OCTV live page there is a live chat you can use to interact with us / ask question and so ! I will stay jsut few days (this is not usual for me ) Arriving Wednesday 15th 9PM (inbound from HK) then leaving the next wednesday 23rd at 8AM (to Tokyo) The location + Hotel are in New Taipei City, so we will not be close from center (20/25 min taxi ride), So no big afterparty on friday night, but saturday >> Clubbing for the one that feel like partying like hell ! Hey guys, What kind of music would you love to hear during : Competition Day : Freestyle Day : I'm making up something to avoid bumpy/annoying music selection it's kinda around the following mood : Chillout / progressive trance / Lounge for most of the day Start of the day + end of the day : EPIC music / EDM If people would like some rock or so, let me know, we have to make it easy for everyone to bench and listen, while not too loud to keep announcement clear without yelling on the mic (Yeah I know you guys like that ) or score announcement.

Time and airport correct for me. BTW I have like 4h stopover in Amsterdam airport from 7:45 to 11:40 if anyone want to have breakfast, let me know ! Same question as Giorgio, will there be picke up or we need to arrange Taxi ?

Valve announces their SteamOS based on linux. http://store.steampowered.com/livingroom/SteamOS/'>http://store.steampowered.com/livingroom/SteamOS/ http://store.steampowered.com/livingroom/ From a pure Ocer point of view that might not really matter... but if we look a bit wider, what is impacting strongly the Gaming community in the roots might impact us in the more or less distant future. For almost every gamers are on windows, benchmarks and game engine are on windows too... With a Huge actor like Valve with Steam start providing Gaming-enabled Linux-based capabilities to PC, that mean there will have a need to compare games quality on both platforms... per say benchmark them. "Well that's only for games" you might say... Indeed but think about it, expect some cases the benchmarks are based on 'game-engine' and used first to approve a configuration for performance for games (while this never been really completly correctly done...). No one can Deny that Gaming was part of gettign so many Benchamrks and such a strogn use in reviews, it is also now understood that the Overclocking Community is a Market by itslef, no longer related to Gaming With the last few month benchmarks on ARM platform it's been interestign to see some unix knowledge thrown in the OC community, this might be just the beginning. Do you think this will impact the OC community in a good way ? What do you expect from that ? (More benchmarks on unix ?, Tweaking on multiple OSes... ?) Just my 3cents.
