Turned out to be a cold issue with Athlon 64 3500+ Orleans, I managed 291 MHz with ''auto'' voltages in BIOS. Single Stage off, warm up, CPU at 60°C I guess. 291 MHz so far. Many thanks massman for the help

Dunno how memory divider works, At 200 fsb, seems to be 667 and 800 Mhz in BIOS, and CPU-Z show CPU/7 (315 MHz) and CPU/6 (368 MHz)

I am using now this motherboard to overclock AM2 CPU. Setup: DDR2 memory Athlon 64 3500+ Orleans (Single Stage (-54C)) Asus M4A79 Deluxe (BIOS 3702 (Latest)) And whatever I do I cannot go over 250 MHz I tried all bios settings combo, tried different memory modules. No way, 250 MHz is the max I have hit so far. Seems to be the worst fsb on this board Something I missed with 790FX/AM2+/Athlon 3500+ overclocking ?
