normally when you use an older version like 1.60 or 1.59 you can't validate at all. i don't know about the smaller version steps like 1.61.1, 1.61.2 and so on. i validated with 1.61.3 a few days ago and everything was fine. don't know exactly why you get it rejected when validating. added the mobo http://www.hwbot.org/hardware/motherboard/fi946gz/
