Details-> System Info 3.6 It looks like it's still the old installer?? Just installed the 1901 patch over a 1901 install (weirdly.... no complains) and version moved from 3.6.0 to 3.6.2 and.... still not helping
-
I believe it's the latest 3D03. The .exe are a LOT newer than my original! They're all v360_1901 How can I uninstall a part of 3D03? Sys info comes up in my "Uninstall or change a program" list and it's 4.9.0
-
I'm trying this on my desktop, my netbook and my bench rig. I can barely tweak ONE PC, three is beyond me

I'm still having problems. I've used a more up-to-date 3DMark03 installer. Quote from Jarno: "Could it be possible that your installation of 3DMark03 is actually an older version of the executable. If I recall right, 03 had this issue where the build number didn't change from 3.6.0 when the latest installer was released... so there actually exists two different 3DMark03 installers/executables with same version number. Epic fail by FM and all that, but... I'm wondering this because the result file is still using older "builtin" SI somehow and the latest 3DMark03 should not do that (and doesn't do it when we tested this yesterday)." I've installed Sys Info 4.9.0 on top, then tried to install it a second time to make sure the SysInfo installer sees that it has already been installed..... and the exact same problem is still there

Would anyone be willing to put a 100% confirmed working 3D03 installer on an FTP? OR... link to where they downloaded it originally? Thanks

I can't see Intel as a global company having a list of people to refuse RMA from. Plus.... even overclockers have daily computers and things can go wrong there too
-
I'm sure this is a controversial thing to say/admit, but I've tried to find cheats so I knew what accusations/suggestions were feasible and how they changed the benchmark. I've never been able to change a GPU ID by itself. I can change vendor ID though. Maybe it's possible to do with easily available software. I dunno. If the standard 465 unlock is to flash with a 470 BIOS, maybe having a 470 spec with a 465 devide ID would look...... unusual? Maybe a custom unlock BIOS has got that implemented for validation. Again.... I dunno
-
If that is possible, the problem is much smaller Would that involve photoshopping the screenshot? If so, it's the same as any other photoshopping offence if the user is caught...... punishment is ban?
-
Fair enough Still, the lack of solid verification for unlocked cards annoys me a bit. It's no-ones fault, just wish it could be closer to black n white instead of having to rely PURELY on a user being trusted.
-
But unlockable GTX465 look like GTX470 as well- same PCB, 2 extra memory chips LOL... the one I have my eye on doesn't even have the stock cooler, so even less evidence of 465 Alternative random idea: not many submissions with 465.....combine with 470 and make a category with big hardware points? Easier to moderate, more people take an interest in Fermi/ Ebay

Ivy Bridge 3570K/3770K Batch and Serial Numbers
K404 replied to Massman's topic in Ivy Bridge (Z77) OC
Jokes! Let's see who's laughing when my L228B spanks ALL -
Seeing as the GTX465 was unlocked by flashing it with a GTX470 BIOS....obviously making all verification look like a GTX470 result, what are the rules on sumbissions with unlocked GTX465? Cheers!

I'm waiting for 25B - 29B -

Have you talked to Petri? He has one -

....................After the AMD MHz of a few weeks ago, is this another bugged result? All the other scores are running over 0.1v higher. -
No problem I have a pile of stuff to bench, i'll fill the days until it's ready
-
Can we volunteer to help beta test? I really wanna get stuck in to 3D06 Will this be Z77 only or X79 as well?
-
Thanks Gyrock-san I heard it should be available soon. I hope so!
-
Yea, I think standard coldslow for Fermi kicked in around -60 (IIRC)
-
Sorry Gyrock-san, I disagree. I have a 3DMark11 calculator and if I use these examples, based on your 22615 score (I change one variable at a time): Physics score - 1000. Total score = 22355 (-260pt) Physics score + 1000. Total score = 22851 (+235pt) GPU score - 1000. Total score = 22058 (-560pt) GPU score + 1000. Total score = 23156 (+550pt) Of course, adding 1000 to the CPU score is a bigger % increase than adding 1000 points to the GPU score. .... but I do not understand how you matched the Physics test and Combined test scores of people running 500MHz higher than you. Good tweaking? (quite possible!! ) Bug? (I hope not )

Was there ever anything for the Palit GTX460 cards?
-
Will test when I have it all hooked up again. I googled it though and it looks vaguely promising Thanks for posting!!
