    I don't have an EVGA 2066 mobo but I remember that xp works with the R6A and with X299OCF only with bios 1.20 Z390 xp does not work?

    after that, everytime I switch the bioses at first boot the system gives out a message about BIOS flashing with debug code 70, then automatic restart and gives out and other flashing message with debug code 80; is it normal?

    if you use the CH341 no need to short the two pad near BIOS controller, just solder the points near the pciex
