yes, datasheet says pin 11 = FB Is that IC the mems' IC?

Good evening a need a big help my GTX580 Matrix start to go @ 640x480 at boot until SO and, a few seconds later, black screen the v mem is fixed to 1,35V, not increase to 1,57V the bios is original (flashed again) Do I can solve with a v mod on mems' IC? Where is it? If it stay between pciex 8pin and mems' vrm, there I can see an uP6205A IC Sorry for my horrible english, thank to everybody in advance
