Gene B-die bioses please (first Skylake mobo and no love ? )
0015 is it man.
That's the new one.
-
how many sticks did u try?
Also for future we post SPD and mobo tab too
I'm sure you will get a better run if you keep trying.
Keep pushing!
I'll keep the tabs in mind from next time.
6 sticks tried. Originally bought 8, but 1 set was DOA. Gskill QA FTW. [emoji25]
Gonna freeze some MFR for fun (I know useless), tired of this B-die.
I spent a lot of time on this B-die & I am sure they are maxed out. Needs more binning.

Showed secondaries here, http://forum.hwbot.org/showpost.php?p=426350&postcount=58
Terts shouldn't be hard to guess.

B-die on Impact. MOCF no need.

Up to around 1.8v Rauf. I got scaling on freq after that but not lower timings. Although I've heard ocf won't do below 12 12 (?) So maybe why. 12 11 boot to win no problem but couldn't bench.
Jase, was that with new bios? Not had time to play with it yet, hopefully get some time to sit down with it today.
3953 12 12 12 28 220 1t was highest xtu stable I could get on 1.92.
I'll be running 32m 1.93 next for binning. Got 8 sticks of each (trident/rj) to bin. Will post findings.
Pretty interesting that you topped out at 3953Mhz, because that's the exact same freq at which my Impact gave in today.
Bios limits prolly. [emoji25]
Looking great Bullant, I see the Haswell 5G time falling soon. [emoji6]

You will need to buy allot to do 4000 c12. 1 out of 20 here
Or maybe this will be one of those times where the high-speed bins will be worth it..? Unlike E-die.
-
32GB good on big OCF, at least for 3700 12-12-12 but it needs 2T, so on Asus they should go much higher and no problem with 1T as the layout is better optimized for 4 dimm operation.
Little board, well we know they work quite well on it
Thanks for the info man.
Still even on Asus, I think 4 DIMM maxes out around 3800.
So the question is what's faster 2DIMMs at 4000Mhz+ or 4DIMMs around 3800Mhz. Should be close.
Then there's also the mystery of DS.
-
I'm curios with 4 dimm will be crazy efficient in XTU, but 700€ is a lot of money.
I am not sure if we will be able to clock 4DIMM as high as 2 DIMMs.
32GB is a lot of memory & will be hard on the IMC.
Thank you for your tests.
-
b-die is gonna be so expensive to bin though
Considering the amount of MFR we needed to bin to find something decent, which still feel short of the ES, we'll do just fine with Gskill/Samsung.
-
God damnn.
2 seconds off Bullant's Haswell time.
A little bit more & Haswell/DDR3 is truely a thing of the past.
