It really depends on the situation. As I posted in the other thread: "the company structure is an SNC meaning he is fully liable for bankruptcy. If he owns a home, it may be seized to pay off debts." At the moment we have no specific information. It certainly is a long shot, but worth the effort considering the situation.

Technically yes. As I mentioned in the other thread, we've already reached out to the authorities to see if a claim can be made. If so, hopefully Rosty and Pulse will be able to recover their money from Dimas without the community having to cover. The hearing is on September 20, so there's still some time left.

You can always try putting a fan on top of the VRM area. A bit of cooling might help prevent the CPU from downclocking -
