  1. The info is in other threads. No pin shortings, 'just' using exploiting an older microcode.
  2. The processor is the limit. So, only AM2 processors are allowed.
  3. Good ideas - try 4.6G with higher input voltage - try running 3GHz cache Based on your XTU submissions I guess BIOS isn't the issue since you're running the same like in the Tweaktown review.
  4. Sandy Bridge architecture was just like that - it's different from Ivy Bridge and Haswell.
  5. I have a vague memory of something similar happening when testing Haswell a long time ago. Did you disable turbo/eist/c-states?
  6. Hm, the AX860i did have some issues related to random shutdowns but since you're running fine at 4.5GHz that shouldn't be the problem. Can you try booting up with 46x ratio and 1.35V? Even if it's not XTU stable, it should be able to pass POST (boot) and even go into Windows. It almost sounds like there's an issue with the µITX board. OCP is possible; might also be BIOS/board related. I haven't seen many builds with the ITX, let alone overclocks, so it's hard to say if asrock build in some protection. I would assume they did since the PCB real estate is very small on ITX. Maybe someone closer to Asrock can check?
  7. It's 6600GT SLI, I don't think it was supposed to be changed.
  8. What value are you booting up from?
  9. Bumping this thread so people can get the full story
  10. Small note: from this round forward it's no longer allowed to use Xeon CPUs in the Rookie Rumble. Also, we will be checking for double accounts more closely.
  11. You're too modest 0.0 I think a lot of extreme overclockers would concur that your results are very interesting
  12. I'll forward it to the moderating staff.
  13. We will only allow new submissions in Round 3
  14. We make a separation between AM2 and AM2+ in our CPU database. Phenom based scores will not be able to be linked to the competition. Fixed some underlying code - now it will not invite to join anymore. How's that Fury X going, by the way
  15. As for the rankings -> try choosing a list of 50. I need to look at this closer to see what the issue is. For the translations -> looking into it
  16. Can you link to the thread - might have missed it
  17. Correct - no hardware from the Core architecture (which includes some Celeron and Pentium branded CPUs) Fixed
