So true: Score 1 (HD5770, rejected by ORB): Score 2 (HD5870 SOC, rejected by ORB):

W/o patch I couldn't publish any score at all (out of 10+).

FYI, yesterday I installed the latest patch, ran 3dmark03 10 times in a row, and only 2 of 10 validations were publishable. So you can publish scores with the patch, but not all it seems... Now I don't know how much of this is update system not working, and how much is just ORB not working

I finally managed to publish a score! Despite having the latest patch I could only publish two of ~10 scores from yesterdays benching. I hit the spot 3 times, but ORB didn't like two of them...

I'm using system info and I have the latest patch. I had a 50268 score yesterday but I couldn't make it public because of ORB not working (as usual). As far as I remember the orb has never been working
