  1. As I said. If it would be possible, we'd already had a bunch of results here on the bot. The same issue as with Banias/Dothan chips and CT-479 adapter on non-supported boards. Boards - even though BIOS was modded with appropriate CPUID microcode - simply didn't boot the system. Perhaps it's possible, but IMHO highly unlikeable
  2. IMHO it's impossible to run Northwoods on P965 boards because they don't have CPUID microcode for Northwoods, only Prescotts. I might be wrong. If it would be possible I am sure hwbot would already have a quite a lot of Northwood LGA775 submissions. :ws:
  3. You mean this? http://xtreview.com/addcomment-id-9368-view-GETA-478TO775-S478-to-S775-adapter.html P.S.: MSI sells i945P motherboard with S478 socket, sporting two DDR2 slots. But then again, why would you want that? BH-5/BH-6/CH-5/UTT chips for the win!
  4. This was fun! 2k1SE coffee good buddy = never enough fun time
  5. And to think this is C0 revision. Mine stopped at 618MHz with P5K no matter what cooling, LN2 or two-stage cascade. Massive props!
  6. Fantastic score and a hell of a chip you got there, mr.Stummerwinter. Keep up the good work!
  7. Many thanks Stummy. Looks like I'll join the Ci5-670 Pi bandwagon real soon
  8. Cool, thank you, I'll have a look at it. Looks like I'll have to strip insulation rubber
  9. can you source sabertooth mod? i'm willing to try it.
  10. Thanks Masbo! Will try this on Sabertooth 55i soon!
  11. Ticket ID: 771 Priority: Medium When you removed invalid result (1st place, but wron Wp version) from the Wprime 1024 category, I regained first place but still have silver cup instead of a goldie: http://www.hwbot.org/listResults.do?cpuModelId=1959&applicationId=15&filterUser=true&filterBlocked=true&limit=100 . The difference is shown in my personal page aswell - +1 silver cup instead of +1 gold cup.\r\n\r\nI have spotted this on more than one occasion.
  12. Here's a brand new submission, it's worth quite a lot of points (~ 25) that is why I am reporting it here: http://www.hwbot.org/community/submission/951055_rayhow_wprime_1024m_core_i3_540_4min_33sec_984ms?tab=info Wrong Wprime version used (v2.0 instead of v1.55).
  13. Good job Masman, that's a strong Wp1024, I was able to get to 4m 34.999s with Ci3 540@5531MHz.
  14. Ticket ID: 769 Priority: Low Please add this Nehalem based LGA1156 CPU.
  15. Oh the drama we have with CPU-Z validations Thanks Knut!
  16. Okay, the result has been blocked again with the reason of validation being corrupt. There is a reason between rejected validation and corrupt validation, you know? It's not our fault CPU-Z validation has issues with K10.5 chips. I have rejected validations with X2 550BE at stock speeds (!!!). I thought we were past this! Best Regards, Niko
