What is indeed a problem imho are these so-called "user reviews" published all over forums at least in germany... Lots of these are only praises for the products the guys get for free, without in deep testing ,and criticism is no go as the "reviewers" are afraid they lose their free hardware source^^, two days after these are published you find the reviewed hardare at marketplaces or egay - on "normal" review, most manufacturers can take critcism, as long as it is fair, and if they can´t and do not provide hardware for further tests, that´s their decision, but marketing division think twice before losing big publicity spots to show their products

It is best MFR bin available at retail shops - price comes with customers, if no one buys, these will rot at warehouse and stay the epeen publicity product they are in my opinion. To be honest, I think they get more publicity here than they deserve seeing performance

I know and in the end prices will go up there as well - so big blow to prices, and bad news not only for Hynix but for customers as well.

Good no one was hurt, but this is big blow to prices - apart from this, Hynix based memory kits suck anyway

Not sure any manufacturer will invest in development of new ics - ddr3 is dead in terms of innovations for a while now, and with ressources focused on DDR4 development, ddr3 is only good for making max profits out of old investments

Come in Box with unused fan 2. 2x4GB GSkill Trident X 2400C9-11-11-31 Like new, in box with fan, tested for 2800 10-12-12-25 at 1,71v, 2600 9-11-11-21 works as well, like the first kit this one does 2800 9-12-12 at 1,9V 1M, 32M should be easy, but I run out of voltage on M5gene because 1,9 is already max. 3. 2x4GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 C9-11-10-27 1,5V Rev. 4.13, Samsung D, tested for 2400 9-11-11-25 1,6v and 2666 10-12-12-25 at around same voltage. Black PCB, on two of the sticks labels look as if they had been removed and reapplied - cheap for 24/7 or try on cold, bulk 6. 3x2GB GSkill Trident 2000 9-9-9-24 1,6V Excellent oc kit, 1300 8-12-8-28 TWCL6 1,84v 32M, good trcd limit, does 1300 8-11-8-28 at least 1M at well as 2400 7-10-7. 1000 6-9-6-24 around 1,6v, the kit is very even in performance, all three sticks clok nearly the same. With original GSkill blister 7. 2x2GB Team Xtreem 2000 9-9-9-24 1,6V Excellent psc, 2500 8-11-8-28 auto 1,63v, do 1300 8-12-8 32M auto at 1,7v and below, at twcl6 and extreme hard subs they need around 1,75-1,78v for 2600. Best MHz/voltage ratio psc I have tested so far, clearly better than 2400c8/9 and 2000c6 pis for example. Come with original Team packaging. 8. 2x2GB GSkill Ripjaw 1600 7-8-7-24 GBRM Good PSC, early batch, 2400 7-11-8 at 1,66v, 2500 7-11-9-28 at 1,72. Better stick does 2500 8-11-8-28 around 1,68v. Comes in original Blister Hyper 9. 2x2GB Supertalent Chrome 2000 8-8-8-24 Handbinned, worked on all systems I had incl. 1155. Hola, for sale are two kits with Samsung d 2gbit ICs, both in excellent working condition 1. 2x4GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 C9-11-10-27 1,5v Dual kit, tested for 2400 c9 and 2666 c10 clearly below 1,65v, come with original packaging. 2. 2x4GB Samsung PC3-12800 C11 Best original Samsung I had and have seen so far, incl. the hyped low profile green sticks. Tested for 2400 cas9 and 2666 c10 at around 1,6v, 2800 10-12-12-25 32M worked at around 1,7v on M5 gene. These are, if the ICs have white stripes and the sticks are single sided, most likely BCSE - I had these on a couple of 1600 7-7-7 and 2000 9-9-9 sticks - as helpful as the list often is, not all i4 memory has in list is 100% reliable, I had several kits marked there as BBSE/PSC with other ICs and on some sticks the ics were changed frequently... the bassplayer is right, bbse only exist as 1gbit ics BTW, good to see my old anniversary are still alive and in good condition

@Leeghoofd Not all Samsung can do TRCD 12 easily, some fail hard on low voltage - have you ever tried trcd13 to see if this is the problem? My 2666c10 can do at 1,62 and 1,64v at 2x4GB on Ivy (skipped Haswell) but I know lots of high bin kits from different manufacturers fail hard on this @oc_windforce Good test and very nice pics
