Rare. 95% of BH-5, if not more, will not run at CL3. Got pic? :)

Common, 3-7-7-15? :P It really needs CAS 3 to go that high, but other timings could be "tight" without any impact and you have only 3 more MHz to the maximum.

I wasn't able to do CL3 with NF2 and NF4 chipsets. Didn't tested it on higher speeds and voltages. Rare, but possible thing :)
