It seems to be legal, due to now clock problems on skylake...at least 3d05 without sysinfo is allowed! Same with r15...so, I think this should be fine as well! If not...report and delete it ;)

    No issues with sub really.. it's the issue where rules are not updated when they should be and clear which makes it easier for new comers to see what to use. It will also increase the subs to increase points as that's what hwbot cares about it seems..

    Quantity over quality..
