JunkDogg Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 (edited) So here is the 3DMark03 Single(x1) GPU LLC/Efficiency Thread. Submissions must be to existing HWBOT rules found here ; http://hwbot.org/news/875_application_2_rules/ CPU Freq Cap - 4.5Ghz(one step above and below) CPU Uncore Freq Cap - 4.5Ghz(one step above and below) No cap on GPU Freq/Memory/Shaders. Be sure to include in your post what Cooling you have used. Submissions in thread without GPU cooling specified will not be added to leaderboard I'll maintain a leaderboard based on GPU families in the next post. Make it a bit easier to find what you are competing against. Remember to have fun!!! Edited February 4, 2016 by JunkDogg Quote

xxbassplayerxx Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 What do you mean by "one step above and below"? Quote
JunkDogg Posted January 28, 2016 Author Posted January 28, 2016 What do you mean by "one step above and below"? Same as SuperPi Challenge's. Freq can be 4503 or what ever comes to with .1 extra on BCLK. Quote
techjesse Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 (edited) I can only hit 4507.01 with the Multiplier dead on 45 and the bus at 100.00 MHz, uncore at 45. here it is Water Cooling CPU and GPU's. 03 201568 i7 5960 at 4.5GHz R9 280x CF http://www.3dmark.com/3dm03/6526387 Hope this will work Edited January 28, 2016 by techjesse Quote
Massman Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Shall I get an embed leaderboard? What the maximum CPU frequency? Great initiative @JunkDogg Quote
JunkDogg Posted January 28, 2016 Author Posted January 28, 2016 Shall I get an embed leaderboard? What the maximum CPU frequency? Great initiative @JunkDogg Embed leaderboard would be fantastic. If we could break it down enough into GTX2xx, GTX4xx etc etc. Not sure if it works like that. Even if the embed one is overall, I'm happy to break it down into the smaller families. Max CPU freq 4507. Quote

JunkDogg Posted January 29, 2016 Author Posted January 29, 2016 Nice work mate. Just put up bit of a leaderboard, unless PJ can make me something better. Quote

JunkDogg Posted January 29, 2016 Author Posted January 29, 2016 (edited) Hm, tried to fix it. Now better? Yep can see it now. Looks good mate. Now the hard part, is there any way to split per family and note how many gpu'so for the score? Edited January 29, 2016 by JunkDogg Quote
speed.fastest Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 Little Update, still no see LOD effect, so i dont use LOD. Idk this is good result or not... Submission Link : http://hwbot.org/submission/3110955_speed.fastest_3dmark03_geforce_gtx_480_117790_marks Quote

I can create an infinite amount of leaderboards, just need a list of what you want hehe . In the overall leaderboard I've only included 1xGPU results. Do you want multi-GPU too? Quote

In the overall leaderboard I've only included 1xGPU results. Do you want multi-GPU too? The more I think about it, this maybe should be single GPU only. Not sure though, others might want to have their say on that part. It's hard to think of which way to control it and do the leaderboards. If we go for leaderboards for all families, the 2nd post will end up taking 5 days to scroll past. Quote
techjesse Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Are you able to create "tabs" on the table for the use of multiple GPU's? Quote
Massman Posted February 16, 2016 Posted February 16, 2016 No, the embed feature is not that advanced Quote

Multi gpu likely won't scale at all with the low 4.5GHz cpu speed so you might as well declare single GPU only. :celebration: Quote

I believe you are correct though mate, the scaling won't really be too effective. Quote
