No matter what, we can't verify OS versions when manually submitting. Matts wrapper is hopefully released soon , than this OS limited nitemare might be over...

Agreed. Also, from quick testing with BSDEdit /set useplatformclock false, the ITSC allows for more variance in the difference between clocks than the use of HPET.

Meanwhile, if you disable spread spectrum, the RTC goes WAYYYY off, like quickly falling off seconds, not tens or hundredths of seconds.

That is before checking BCLK. I plan on checking out what is and isn't working after I do a clean install. But that means some hopes are dashed until the wrapper is released.
