Nope thats 1,65V meaning that is a high leakage chip, that would get too hot with 1,7V

Max FSB was done with x6 multiplier on air (NH-D14, 1,5V BIOS)

out of curiosity, what did you miss ?

These CPUs can't reach their max FSB with x6 multiplier, you need to use x7 or x8, since allmost all E7400s do rather high FSB with x8 i'll have to rebinn them for core quality, ie. my typical 1,5V bios and then go for max. frequency in hwbprime:)

Thanks. Good to know (although I always go for max multiplier... but sometimes 0.5 lower gives higher fsb, and sometimes higher frequency)

For 45nm quads gigabyte EP45-UD3R and UD3P are better anyway, if you want DDR3 the EP45T-UD3R/P are the best boards
