October 17, 20178 yr Take a screen shot of the error that you get and post it up. If it's an apache error like "file too big" Try changing your resolution to something from the 1970's like 800x600 and then save your file/take your screen shot. Modern resolution files/screen captures are too big for HWBot to handle.

October 17, 20178 yr You could also try disabling SystemInfo in the wrapper. I've found that it has a tendency to corrupt the result files, and I know I'm not the only one who's experienced this.
October 17, 20178 yr Crew Would also recommend disabling SystemInfo, it's what caused me problems in the past.
