Thanks guys, yeah splave I had higher nb too "4920" eff dropped off on this session tho...thier is a latency timing that I think is like rtl, well that went from 60 to 80 in this session , it's either the high NB freq or running the mem in the outer slots 

 

Or it could be my std xp install from disc ahah, ill know what it is when I test it again
