Matt26LFC Posted October 28, 2018 Share Posted October 28, 2018 (edited) Looking to sell my 7960X as haven't done much with it and would like to free up some money in it It was delid, I have however resealed it with Liquid Metal, however a couple of the cores are really hot still, not sure why exactly, and I don't have a delid tool to delid it again so you may need one if your planning to OC this See update lower down!
