I don't know a lot about 65nm, is 430 fsb particularly high? I know it does less than 45nm

No, 430 is garbage for Conroe (although technically it is Allendale). But you don't need it for this chip as high multi.

Exceptions prove the rule ;)

It's not that easy with 775. You get clocks walls on some CPUs, and CB/CBBs can vary wildly. Getting golds on SS is probably only starting to become possible on x8 chips and below.

This is a 200 Mhz stock FSB CPU and a lot of these cannot even do above 350 Mhz on air. No comparison to standard conroe and most of them are even worse than Pentiums at fsb :D

My last 775 CPU I had nearly 3 years ago, I received it as socket cap at an X38 P5E3 i bought to test my last ddr3 before sale - this was a random E6550 that did above 520 fsb on boxed cooler xd. I think this shows the relations between Conroe and E4x00 Allendale/Conroe quite well :D

This Chip can do 455 FSB on air, but it run into a wall with LN2

Sunds like a core wall to me, have a coupple E4600s that are golden on air, never got beyond 5GHz on any of them (cascade though):(
