Thank you all! Tonight will be trying my best with this modules. wytiwx, i'm sure the IC's are Nanya D-Die because they have an elongated shape and match with nanyas in size. afaik ProMOS IC's was longer, another good 2gbit elongated DDR2 IC's i don't know. Also a little known IC's are Qimonda C-Die, overclocks like Nanyas, because Nanya and Qimonda were partners at that time and were producing identical IC's by the same technology node, but Qimonda C-Die are quite rare DRAMs. I haven't removed heatsink.
