NATA 58 Posted February 1 Posted February 1 the power supply does not work if it is not connected to the motherboard?I wanted to use the second power supply for VGA, is there a way to make it work? Thank you very much and sorry for my ignorance on the subject 1 Quote
chispy Posted February 1 Posted February 1 You just need to jumper the psu with a paper clip and it will work for a secondary psu that you can use on any gpu. I have done this many times since forever for Quad crossfire and quad sli. Watch this video and follow the same things he does. I hope this helps. Regards: Angelo 1 Quote
TerraRaptor Posted February 1 Posted February 1 I would reccomend additional ground tie between PSUs though Quote

Also make sure you put them on the same circuit to be safe, you don't want your PSU to run out of phase of each other. Quote
