Wish my SD that did 3.3GHz on water was still alive. Don't know why you can't run CL1.5, I can do it with all BH5/BH-6/UTT I have.

Just use colder water and you'll have another xD

My winbond also can do CL1.5 but has a limit of 3 for Trcd starting from 230mhz.

 

BTW, Mr.Scott, try setting CL in A64tweaker - the right CL to choose for CL1.5 is *1.0 in A64tweaker for me. My system also fails to boot with CL1.5 set in bios - i think however it is the limitation of A8N.

I can always boot from bios. Performance-wise it's just a tad faster and you get a slight hit in max stable mem freq - around 5MHz or maybe even less.

IIRC, my Mushkin Level II does 275 CL1.5 vs 280 CL2.
