  1. Because that's how it works Frank. It's never the person that submitted the flawed subs fault, it's whoever reports it's fault. I'm very sorry Mr. Schmuck (and others) that you didn't find it important to maybe read the rules before you submitted, especially knowing that PCM05 has been going through many changes to start with. I can totally see why that would be my fault.

  2. You are a douche with bad scores..Both you and Mr. Paco are like jealous monkeys flinging poop everywhere.

If you can't beat it,you report it.I'm sure the moderation staff just loves you guys.

    Blow me.

If I have to follow a certain set of rules, there is no reason that everybody else shouldn't have to.

I don't give a flyin f_ck who likes it and who doesn't. That's the way it is.

  3. Deleted my sub you managed to find an error with. Big deal. :P

Didn't have to BTW, my sub was made before the rules page went into effect. Did it to show you how little I care that you took the time to search for something to report.

In answer to your question, no, I don't look for errors all day long, but you got quite a few points from a benchmark that is currently highly controversial, so you can bet that they'll be looked at. Better get your ducks in a row kid. ;)

I compete against you, but you mess with a Valid submission! All the "Results" can be read in the URL! It is not invalid! I ran it and beat you!

    Hahahaha.

I run very little Intel. Never benched in that category. You didn't beat squat.

BTW, I still see points for this sub

    http://hwbot.org/submission/2343967_techjesse_pcmark_2005_core_2_q6600_(2.4ghz)_20682_marks

If the mods would be so kind as to take care of this please. :D

  4. Name dropper.

Yes I understand you have time and money invested in your subs, but maybe a little time on the rules page would have been beneficial. You do have a valid link though, and that would be acceptable if the moderators would update the main rules page so that a valid link supersedes any SS. Until that time, your SS and your subs are invalid. Sorry bro.

  5. Yeah, the official rules are the ones linked to on the main page - nothing else. Otherwise there would be a double standard - forum people go by forum rules and the others by the main site rules, which is not the way we should do things. On the other hand - if there are grey area situations that are covered only in the forum, follow whatever we say here.

    Lolwut??

"Follow the main page rules, but if there's a grey area follow what we say in the forums."

This whole statement is an endless contradictory circle.

PUT THE FREAKIN RULES ON THE MAIN PAGE AND STICK TO 'EM.

or kill the bench and put an end to this charade completely.

  6. Now my sub is with no pints, if you want, I delete this no problem, like i write before this is my last Pcm'05, no run anymore this benchmark.

I'm so sorry if this has annoyed , that's not my intention.

I run this, sometime ago, this is the last here.

    Alex - Sweet

You're absolved Alex. Like you, I stay away. PCM05 is just a clusterfuck now, even with clarified rules. There will always be loopholes. Best to just walk away.

    Stay honest mi amigo. :)

  7. They don't speak... because maybe it will not affect them... the same if you tell why Elmor, Shamino, and others don't mind about this kind of issues.

Andre, Nick, Hicookie, Kingpin... don't need to complain nothing...

In my case... I really worked to be in Pro League... and really worked to spread and teach about overclocking.

We will do a competition at january 19...where will be 2 different categories in the same competition (Enthusiast + Extreme), and it will be covered by lots of thousands of people (yes...you can follow the live stream)... and all this guys thats starting to overclock... will follow the enthusiast to someday can go to extreme.

I really believe in what I am talking friends.... and I am not worry... to me is easier to leave and keep overclocking to the max...

I benched GTX8800...E8600....Celeron....HD5870...GTX480...HD7970...but I am always looking for the next...as always I do.

I really think is nice people overclocking old stuff... sempron....celeron...E8600...9800GTX...and so on... but I really do not understand why don't encourage people to do it...more than before... but keep the F1 to "THE MAX SCORES".

If the Pro League is 77 guys amount 35K..... keep they working and work hard to spread and grow up in other categories...

Instead... if they are not important... I don't know why they were the most viewed... why the high end hardware was the most important items...why the highest score was the most viewed.

You my friend, are an attention whore.;)

  8. When the wrapper launches the benchmark it launches a couple additional tasks you can view in task manager. Set these additional tasks to one core affinity and low priority. Score through wrapper is then equal to running aquamark directly. Alt+Tab out of aquamark to enter task manager and apply affinity/priority on other tasks.

    Thank you for this. :)

  9. Derogatory? I'm sure I wasn't. Its your yokel mind who certainly thought so. He wasn't precise when asking about the motherboard. The model is Toshiba NSWAE version PSLT6C-00X002. Need to know the Southbridge model too?; SB700. Now lets see if you would help, sir.

Nah. My 'yokel' mind can't be bothered with you.
