Apearently, R4E and R4F also like to burn down sometimes. Might be a case of moisture, but still me and a buddy broke these boards and got burned at almost the exact same spot, as far as it can be the same, just above the first PCI-E slot. Some resistors decided to burn out. I got lucky, however my friend's cpu is crippled and can only boot with some gpu's.

i7 4770K Batch 3319C031 4.5GHz @ 1.3v (didn't try lower) Cinebench 11.5 stable, but somehow could not boot 4.6GHz to windows. Air cooled by CM TPC800.

What bios do you use? It's good to know, because X03 and later have some handy options to use when you have picky ram What helped me was setting, I forgot the exact name, one option in the main memory screen to fast boot.

When I browse for a motherboard and select any board with a / in the name, the page cannot be found. Probably works for any hardware with a / in the name.

New 4770K. My ES died because of failing mosfet from my motherboard Batch L315B386 @4.5GHz Superpi 1M 1.3v.
