Yeah... Mine died. 965 and 955 coming, will be more careful with mounting pressure. I removed the IHS after it died, then took a hammer to the die. Some of it got stuck to the IHS anyway, down to the PCB...

What is the normal difference in freq between best core in a CU and best CU usually?

If you want to try this one again, then try up to 1.7v vcore, and disable 2 cores because you can hit higher CPU-NB frequency with 2 cores on Zosma/Thuban Also, not sure why it says single channel, but if your reapers are rated between 1.7-1.9v, don't be afraid to give them 1.9-1.95v. That's about all the CPU will take. If you have any more questions on tweaking times and such I'm sure the guys at OCF will take care of you

32M isn't 100% load with one core enabled? I'm confused.

How do you BSOD when making a screenshot after 100% load and obvious memory/cpu-nb stability? I ordered 1 955 and 1 965 to bin replacing my dead 955. I see you got your cpu-nb speeds up...

I have a 565 BE here I have never tested cold as a backup. However I know it will be s**t on LN2 already and has a weak cpu-nb. Max CPU-Z on air 4450 MHz too, doesn't like volts. I'm gonna tear down everything in the morning and probably set up for FX. I can't waste time and my 8150 has been proven full pot. Infra, you said your chip works on LN2 with only one core?

My CPU has a cold-boot bug at -110 and CB @ -120, and I don't have a torch. Needs HT-Link at ~1000 and weak drive strengths to boot full pot. I know it is IMC related, CPU LED stuck @ under -130, -130 to -110 DRAM LED. What a PITA this has turned out to be, already wasted 1/3 my LN2...

Huh. On air cooling, the first core on my chip was the best. The second core trailed by about 100 MHz and the 3/4 cores were mediocre. Actually, I can't run the 1st core as fast if I have multiple cores enabled.
