  1. Already flashed back to F9 bios... too many issues on my daily rig with F10X... Worked okayish yesterday with the TridentX kit, this morning PC hangs again at startup screen. Hope the others have more success with it...
  2. Joanna = Jonas Klar without nuts ?
  3. Sometimes it will be better to post nothing then these types of comments due to your affiliation with a certain brand dude... sometimes posting these things will do more harm then what you think. Do you care ? Then plz don't treat us in this manner, as this will backfire in the long end... I just adressed what to me feels as an issue and a lot of end users experienced the same thing with older ram on the GB boards (so plz don't talk about XMP profiles). We provided a workaround with the 3 looser timing settings. PJ even showed it to Hicookie in Paris. If you are too stubborn or too proud to let these settings be adjusted, well that's then darn good for you... I just tell you a lot of end users ( not OCers hunting down records or knowing their way in the bios ) prefer other brands just due to the easy nature of their biosses... You want to increase sales ? Then make the biosses more forgiving at boot...
  4. Reflashed F10X, first flash seemed bonkers. Board hang at bios screen and nothing, not even XMP profile worked anymore ( ) . Reflashed, reset cmos, loaded optimised defaults, powered down and rebooted seemed to fix the hanging screen and previous XMP problem. But but but... Nothing seems to have changed for my hardware setup or the topic of this thread... Some now known subtimings are still too tight if left on AUTO... sigh... If I change TRRD to 6 and tRRSR and tWWSR to 5 she boots fine at 2666Mhz... otherwise 15-03 switch off... or I can load the XMP profile wOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOt, but that's for pussies
  5. SOF is outta here !
  6. Guys I want the GB board to boot at 2600 without a XMP profile loaded. Yes indeed with subtimings set to AUTO. That was the intention why I started this thread If you start to set tRSSR and co to 6 ofcourse it will boot... We don't need magic bios fix for that FYI I can't get the Plats working properly on the UD5H, without pumping wacky voltages... can you plz share the new bios asap to verify if something has changed in RAM OC behaviour...
  7. We don't talk about it, we just do it !!
  8. I'm still looking for drivers for my Z68X-UD3H board
  9. Ever tried gigabyte.nl ? Pretty sure some Aussie mastermind is behind this Due to National Geographic contents the above picture got heavily censored...
  10. wow impressive AMD ram on Intel system, good SPD programming
  11. Tried this to unlock the multi again Arisitidis ?
  12. Maybe it reads greyyy, as this is the hair colour Chris will have after the board gets permanently banned
  13. Why not even bring back PSC Still in love with my crippled Flare kit We have to settle with Samsung, Hynix and co lads... Biosses logically are also optimised for these high capacity dimms... Blame SAM, as he has got all the good BBSE's left on this blue planet
  14. For the die hard benchers we all know these will not be the best option Sam... new GTX will be hopefully for Corsair the new performance king a la GTX2... The plats are not intended to be Corsairs new flagship dimms... but more of an inbetween of design, bling bling and performance...
  15. Instead alike Dino just showing off the brand new Corsair Dominator Platinums on facebook I'd rather share some quick results with you guys. First the mandatory pictures : Heatspreader design is nicely crafted and stunningly looking. But they are rather tall and thick, might not be ideal for those that run air cooled setups. Quick OC test with two dimms on the Gene V 2800Mhz 11-13-13 1.675Vdimm 32M stable, tightening tertiary subtimings and C11-13-12 needed a small bump to 1.69Vdimm. Further tightened 2800Mhz to C11-12-12, sadly couldn't complete the PI 32M runs at 1.735 Vdimm. Prolly needs a bump in voltage there... but first the quad test for the article then more voltages... 2900Mhz C11-13-13 1.725Vdimm -- tried 2912Mhz but hardlocks after loop 4-5 (had similar wall with the TridentX kit) booting at 2933 is 23 error PICTURES ARE BIG SIZE TO ENJOY THE LOOKS OF THESE DIMMS and to piss off massman
  16. so what you are saying simusatk is that this score is not done by Killflaker, but done by who then ?
  17. You must tune 3rd subtimings on gene to get good performance
  18. Chicken invaders is a reflex benchmark, it's NOT classified as a game !!
  19. Go for top 10 dude !! sure you can make it ! Very nice CPU
  20. You play CheatorStrike source, Track Mania and Flat Out too dude, don't lie to us
