you got perfectly matching hardware Zen. We don't, not even after 5 x CPU's, 3 x UD5H's, 3 x Flare kits, 1x BBSE kit, 1x TridentX, 1 x Kingston Predator and the last drop are the Corsairs Plats which are doing my head in on this board... not even talking about stability, just booting lol

I would stay with your first choice, nothing can top the Gene V as a benching board (excellent bios) and it's great for gaming too...and the price is right ! If you want to opt for GB try the UD3H, far less costly and far easier board to work with then the UD5H...

Did you set the HDD tests to the SSD Subaru ( in case you use two drives ) You should easily get around 160-200 XP startup with a new SSD. Write back enabled ?
