[GUIDE] Skylake Memory Timings on Asus Motherboards !
speed.fastest replied to Alex@ro's topic in Memory Heaven (air/extreme)
As far as i know, the bigger and many feature to motherboard, will have more bad pcb circuit trace, maybe thats why gene is better on memory tweaking (because have better pcb circuit trace). -
[GUIDE] Skylake Memory Timings on Asus Motherboards !

Larger motherboard size had longer circuit trace from cpu to memory, thats why Impact is one of the best memory tweaking performance, because it's 2 DIMMS and shorter circuit trace from CPU to Memory than Gene or Extreme. -
Asymetrical Multi GPU only allowed if they had the same number like R9 200 Series, R9 300 Series, GTX 400 Series. Otherwise its too hard & complex to moderating.

32m i3 6100 4g/4g with E-Die @ 3750 11-18-18-28 300 1T 7m 25s 500ms Anyone have a i3 or Pentium G 32m 4ghz reference? Cause i still dont know my efficiency is good or not. Still comparing with 6700K. -
I use large system cache & wazza. In other platform before yes i use around 600-740 maxmem (try which is the best), but this when i test 600 maxmem got slow performance i don't know why, bigger maxmem = faster performance. It is just me or anyone same? Because this is repeatable. Or this only in skylake with 3mb cache only? Because i can't compare with other.

In my test skylake with larger maxmem = faster time. And i use XP x64 seems around 500ms faster than XP at 2.1GB maxmem. Without maxmem should be much faster but i got no exact in round. I test with i3 6100. In my test larger maxmem = larger wazza. XP x86 XP x64

Only my sugesstion, choose the highest graphic card you have in the system, like 2x4870 + 4890 = 3x4890. It's the risk for not having exactly same GPU.

Thanks @Massman!

First time doing LN2 on Elinsphoria Extreme Overclocking Competition 2015, and winning it with my friend @yash_yulian (yS_oC) . The hardware is not binned, all from competition sponsor. And i borrow LN2 Pot, benchtable, probe, thermometer all from my OC Guru @Hazzan On Action, Photo taken by Hazzan Final Score Finalist I buy my first dewar, soon when benching with LN2 @ Home i will share my benching pic again

Cooling: What can we do, what do you want?
speed.fastest replied to Christian Ney's topic in HWBOT Competitions
I think people that can afford binning, chiller, etc, they can afford LN2 too. Because i can't afford binning but i trying to afford LN2, first buy Pot, now i buy dewar. Avaibility is pretty good too! Because i live in small city in Indonesia and LN2 is avaible -

This! Thats why its not good too long live in Enthusiast League & Competing in competition doing many wins and still in Enthusiast. Thats why HWBot must doing something like winning 1, 2 or 3 times in Enthusiast League will automatically going to Apprentice League or like after 1 year in Enthusiast League and will automatically move to Apprentice League. Because i like Fun & Learning but many people doing it to get money & prizes. This is what i dont like because overclocking from beginning is for fun. -

Usually ice/chiller is needed to enthusiast from equator/tropical region (with 22-38 Celcius all the time no matter what season with 70-100% humidity) who is competing with much more cooler region. My country is one case that Ice is needed, even with ice is hard to get 20 Celcius idle on my oced G3258. This is maybe the case when chiller or ice is needed. -

I think the best way is make member that register at hwbot over "x" year will automatically going to Extreme League or at least Apprentice, so no Frozen/Chilled H2O vs Ambient again. I think not many new user that take advantages of this but the winner of Enthusiast Competition "sure" use this. -
