    Never touched my RTLS, left them auto personally. My boards dead so I cant test this. but set tFAW to 12 and tWRWR_dr and tWRWR_dd to 9. Surprised you got tCWL to 9, I could only get mine to 10. try looser timings from tRDWR_sg and lower.

    It works on W7 as well, and is Skylake only as far as I'm aware.
