yeah, sam is right. i had no problem using it under windows xp. -
as said it's a rdram(rambus) expander from hp. so you can use more ram.

thx. that zalman is originally from my socket a rig. it isn't mounted, it only "stands" on the cpu. so it's basically mounted throught it's weight. it does a good job imho.
