  1. 4790k@L421C054 on maximus vii gene: win7 4500mhz cinebench 1.072 vcore, 1.65 vccin http://www.8pic.ir/images/gnjwppf3j112m1jmu5xb.jpg win xp 5ghz ,4.7ghz cach, vcore 1.232v,vring 1.198v, vccin 1.72v super pi32 http://www.8pic.ir/images/u6u4g1ae2l33078482wt.jpg also can 5.1ghz xp 1.285v vcore ,1.75v vccin for super pi32 really tired of finding lots of low voltage chip on air/water that are crap under ln2
  2. nice score Rhodie, you have done a good job in moa too, you just was not lucky enough to got a better chip
  3. my 4690k@L422B787 was a little like yours, but it needs 1.34v for 5ghz vcore if i remember correctly, and no difference between 1.65 vccin to 1.9v (but sometimes higher than 1.8v gives me bsodes during win startup if i use asrock z87 oc formula) and the cb.... it was -76 !!!!!! http://hwbot.org/submission/2647417
  4. Another weird chip that loves low vccin... 4790K L421B995 i use hwinfo to monitore all of voltages 5ghz vcore=1.19v vccin=1.62v(set in bios) http://www.8pic.ir/images/s9e13dvu8c1hvjl2mqfj.jpg 5.1ghz vcore=1.275v vccin=1.65v(set in bios) http://www.8pic.ir/images/hljr2j2yv6aczitcxcu3.jpg 5.2ghz vcore=1.339v vccin= 1.72v(set in bios) http://www.8pic.ir/images/krd8oykza5kkizc6eyb9.jpg again higher vccin , i mean 1.8+ makes max clock for sp32 only 5ghz and no boot higher than that... i have to play with vccin between 1.6v- 1.75v i think it's a bad sign to not scale with vccin higher than 1.8+ ... all of those chips like it that i have benched so far had bad CB... between -76 to -105
  5. not just a calculation error, word error and mathematic[11 out of 1] error too
  6. how about this in 3dmark ? http://www.8pic.ir/images/9yfxcftb4tggpe1i38zc.jpg
  7. lol yes now i'm trying it on m7g and still the same with a little difference... ** my best chip 4790k L421B995 on m7g can do 5ghz 1.2 vcore 1.65 vccin sp32m but if i wanted to set vccin on 1.85 i have to use 1.26v vcore for 5ghz (so 1.65v still better but it can boot with 1.85 vccin+higher vcore) **on asrock z87 oc formula 5ghz 1.2vcore vccin 1.65 sp32m buf if i use vccin higher than 1.7v no win boot no matter how high vcore i use (so 1.65v still better but it can not boot with higher than 1.72v vccin) *under ln2 is the same too(asrock z87 oc formula), for 6200 wprime i used 1.6vcore 2.1v vccin and with vccin higher than 2.2v no boot I tested these batch with the same condition : L421B995(4x chips) L425B855 (2 chips) L420B687 (2 chips) + one 4690k L422B787 >>>>>and all of them were crap subzero , maybe this sign I saw on my chips are for being crap under ln2 because they wont scale with high vcccin<<<<< +another example : i wanted to bench my 1.2v 5ghz XP chip, in win7 5200 hwbot prime, i increased vccin from 1.65 to 1.85v and increased vcore to 1.45v but it fails passing hwbot prime, next time i did not touch vccin and let it on 1.65 and vcore 1.45 and it can pass hwbot prime 5200mhz http://www.8pic.ir/images/xvxw53jv77l106pg338v.jpg
  8. yeah it's weird, i have benched atleast 10x 4790k and everytime if i used higher than 1.7v for vccin they failed over 4700mhz for max, i found it out when i was benching my 3rd chip and i was shocked for example my 5ghz chips can do 5ghz only with lower than 1.7v vccin, if i set it on 1.85 it will fail to booting windows http://www.8pic.ir/images/3x99azmw0ad5k7a95usd.jpg and http://www.8pic.ir/images/xvxw53jv77l106pg338v.jpg if i used 1.8v or 1.8v for them they were not 5ghz chips and were just normal 4.8 max chips
  9. same here, if i try anything higher than 1.7v for 4500mhz to 5200mhz it sucks at booting windows
  10. Tnx for your comments guys :Xx Websmile : As always you read my mind lol
