I was thinking today of what Einstein said that doind repeated stuff same time (e.g binning cpu's ) and expecting different results(e.g find a golden cpu) is madness. I could not help but think that is so damn right regarding overclocking too,more now than ever . As i said i binned over 50 cpu's to find my golden one and i am not in the position to do that comfortably,e.g get 2 pieces,sell fast,get other,etc,lot of effort,some money wasted,time ,etc. Sadly i look now and see that even if i score good i can't beat the nr1 since i did not find the platinum chip,gold is not enough So,today i've reached the conclusion that all this effort i did and will do some time from now on is just to feed my passion and i see no profit in long run , only some partial cover of losses and anyone who believes top guys make great money on this is wrong . Those being said i think this has to be viewed solely as a hobby such as collecting stamps rather than trying to be a pro and hoping to get money out of it==>this won't happen,and pro's in this area do not make big bucks like other activities ... To add something to the topic,keep it as simple as it can be done,more simple==>more guys will do it==>more audience==>more money invested in competitions(probably) .

I will arrive May 30 and depart June 6 . Interested in doing the World Tour too but i don't know if i want to chase 2 rabbits,need to decide.

Oh no,not another brilliant change.... Why would anyone want that point system for low-clock challenges? It makes a low clock challenge uselles given the nature of that point system ,just take a look at xtu ranking,first place has 100 points and 10-th place has 98.9,why would anyone push hard when they receive more or less the same points....

Hello folks,up for sale is a decent 6700K,tested for like 5 minutes on very hot ambient 28c+(don't ask what i do in that room) can enter windows 5 ghz 1.41V ,run S-pi 1M and half of hwbot prime where temp reach70+ and it crashes. Cpu is retail,comes in original box,has valid warranty,not delidded briefly tested for 5 minutes. Price is 410E in paypal shipped in EU. Other questions please ask.

Guide is good and answers a lot of questions. Anyway,i was benching today my last dips of Ln2 on my gem cpu ,all set and went to OS to get hwbotprime,tried 6500,6600 ,when i pushed 6650 at almost end of run i heard a crack so loud i tought someone threw a stone at my window. Quickly shut down,dropped the temps,power on everything ok,went to OS and check the temps,realtemp showed no weakness and clocks were the same,no need to heaten up or remount.... For guys that benched full pot can you please chime in what are your load temperature with full pot under hwbot prime for example together with POT model ? I have -190 idle full pot and -185 middle of hwbot prime, grizzly everywhere,1.89 Vcore,1.72 termination....
