  2. Crossflashing different bios on different hardware chips ( 6800xt to 6900xt ) will get your card bricked 100% for sure , please do not do that to be safe as it does not work.
  3. Maybe is time for a fresh re-paste , try using thermal grizzly kryonaut on a thick layer and spreaded evenly with the spatula included. This chips are huge hence the need for lots of thermal paste. This will help maybe with the core temp / Tjunction temps as it should be max around 20c difference and please do not run furmark it's a non realistic virus power load wish does more harm than good. Your score looks good .
  4. Hello there , you cannot change your voltage in MPT or hex or you will end up with the 500Mhz bug. Leave the voltage alone and play with the power PL only nothing else as the drivers detect any little change in MPT and if you go past stock max voltages this will always happen. You need to uninstall drivers and re-install fresh ones and the bug will go away.
  5. Set LOD still works as before only in some DX9 benchmarks. I wish someone would make it work in DX10 , 11 and 12.
  6. Amigo Joaquin , this is 2x 7970 gpu score not 1x 7970 , please delete and re-submit in the correct ranking of single gpu.
  7. Thank you for the help captain , full steam ahead tonight on it with all the volt mods done ...
  8. @Pablluca , Learn the video card first with power limit and voltages maxed out in Radeon software ( of course fan at 100% ). Start with the core around 2600Mhz ( max ) 100 hundred mhz lower ( minimum in amd wattman ) for a good start point , go up by increments of 25Mhz until it becomes unstable in Timespy benchmark , then write down the maxed out OC of the core on a notepad. The same with the memory start around 2100Mhz + 25mhz up at a time until you either get black screen , crash to desktop , see anomalies like flashes of light sprites or if is stable check that your benchmark score goes up and not down as memory is tricky on this video cards as sometimes what it seems 100% stable will give you lower scores in benchmarks. Example my ASRock OC Formula rx 6900xtxh can run flawlessly up to 2200Mhz memory but it score lower in benchmarks , sweet spot is 2160~2170Mhz. Same applies to all rx 6900xt. Once you have found your max core and mem overclock run timespy with core and memory maxed out if is stable and it gives you a good score then start to play and learn how to use MorePowerTool by Igor's lab ( https://www.igorslab.de/en/morepowertool-amd-radeon-rx-5700-and-rx-5700-xt-tweaking-and-overclocking-software/ ) and watch @buildzoid youtube guides how to make soft power tables - Good luck and overall have fun with it. Kind Regards: Angelo
  9. Anyone can give me a heads up or hint on the latest Bios for normal crosshair viii that supports windows 7 ? Thanks in advanced. Kind Regards: Angelo
  10. You are welcome @Pablluca . Sorry to hear that as the non xtxh chip is a huge gamble silicon lottery , i hope you get lucky and get a nice chip if you decide to buy one. Kind Regards: Angelo
  11. I like the Frankestein you made as always get great results ( mad soldering skills you have ) , awesome score and well done amigo !
  12. Definitely , make sure is the Powercolor Red Devil Ultimate xtxh chip as it is well worth it in my opinion a much higher better bin chip that scales with cooling and voltage. Go for it and enjoy it ? !
