Trying to run Inspector in W8.1 for legacy 3D. It needs .NET Framework 3.5 but even with an internet connection, the files won't download. Anyone have a work around or the files in "stand alone" format for installation?

You need to run '05 and '06 using W8.1 64Bit to score the highest. Powermizer should solve the boost issue, but you also need to know that those 2 benches are now 100% CPU limited with modern GPU's

Junk 3600 C17 kit, 3600 C12 was the fastest they could run without "not in exact round" error.
