Try to do it directly in the BIOS. I'm not 100% sure about the MSI BIOS but you should select "OC" on the right side and scroll down to "MEMORY-Z". I think you find the XMP information there. Also make sure the DRAM voltage is set correctly. Should be 1,65 Volt for your kit. You can also find the DRAM Voltage in the "OC" tab.

Usually you need to set a XMP profile to hit that frequency. You should go to your BIOS and enable the XMP profile. Which mainboard do you use?
