  1. Fixed. There were two subs with higher scores.
  2. Crazy results again. You guys are killing it!
  3. There's no explicit ban for liquid nitrogen. Would you want to see it banned? I think it's pretty cool to see a rookie use LN2. Our HWBOT engine does not support "down-coring". It can only support unlocking of cores. So a dual core unlocked to tri-core will be recognised as tri-core, but a quad-core "down-cored" to dual-core will still be consider a dual core. It's a technical thing. So for your eight-core, the score you achieve will always be considered as run with eight cores.
  4. Okay, final list has been approved. Soon to be updated!
  5. Think Nick posted that one on XS a while back, no? //edit: here http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?286446-**-Official-**-ASRock-z87-OC-Formula-(M)-Thread&p=5214752&viewfull=1#post5214752
  6. I think she just realized it's a hobby which involves men only. No distractions.
  7. Blocked the scores, thanks for the report
  8. I've been witness of a hilarious mother-to-grand-mother explanation. It's difficult when it starts with "You know computers, right?"
  9. You could have picked any hobby, and you went for hiking?
  10. Here's some data for you. SuperPI 32M was very low in Q1. Seems to be getting better in Q2 (only 29 days into this Q)
  11. http://www.tweaktown.com/articles/4620/ivy_bridge_high_speed_ram_run_with_g_skill_pc3_20800_2666mhz_ripjawsz/index.html F3-2666C10D-GBZHD In 8 Pack's kit the 'B' is left out because the naming scheme has been updated to be shorter. Same for new TridentX kits (eg: http://gskill.com/en/product/f3-1600c7d-16gtx)
  12. PCMark is a pain to run for the experts, let alone the rookies. Maybe Winrar would be a good addition. Or Cinebench?
  13. Just checked with G.SKILL and we confirmed 8 Pack's kit is purchased and retail. We restored his 3DMark score. One more item to check and then we can finalize the winners list. Nice benching all!!
  14. I'm amazed there's no throttling. Did you cool it down with something?

  16. Waiting for Turrican to confirm if he can come or not
  17. What did I just see?
  18. That is correct, we rank by pure MHz in the Rookie Rumble. But I agree that percentage increase over base frequency could be more interesting for this competition. Maybe we can do that for the next Rookie Rumble?
