  1. Chips refers to Haswell CPU.
  2. Anyone interested in looking after this special section of the forum?
  3. No idea. What will be more interesting to see is what the maximum usuable frequency is. All these high frequencies are nice, but you can't run a benchmark with single sided memory.
  4. 4G is very easy on the new platform, pretty much all CPUs can do it with the right single sided memory stick apparently. The reason why this is all a "world record" is because these chips are not out yet
  5. Well, they are quiting so no more skulls in the future. @Tasos: what is the name of the Evga board?
  6. Since I have very little understanding about Raspberry Pi and similar technology, let alone know how to overclock it, I'm looking for someone who is able to maintain these forums. If you ... love overclocking know tricks for Raspberry Pi want to see people get the most out of their Pi are okay with the English language have an infinite amount of patience and understanding ... you are the man or woman for this position! Give me a shout via PM and we'll take it from there!
  7. Other sticks? Or the same stick with different SPD?
  8. Yeah, Computex already did the awards too: http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/msi_z87_gd65_gaming_wins_best_choice_award.html
  9. Surprised to see this in the mailbox. Let's count how much PR we'll see with "we have the best 4000+"
  10. Just got this in my email. No NDA?! Source: http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/catalog/detail/data/en/29/750/pkshJp.html Congratulations! Created by world-known overclocker, John Lam, this validated record currently ranks first in CPU-Z Hall of Fame. DDR3-4018MHz CL14-19-15-45 Reached It is the great tradition that Team Group never stops pushing forward the overclocking limit. To explore the overclocking potential on Intel’s upcoming next generation platform, Team Group cooperates with the world-known overclocker, John Lam, to have a journey of overclocking limit pursuit. In the end, John is managed to have Team Xtreem PC3 21300 DDR3 2,666MHz, one of Team Group’s high-end overclocking DRAM products specifically designing for overclockers, go up to DDR3 4018MHz CL14-19-15-45 under extremely low temperature with the cooling system of LN2. Team Group is pleased to witness this great breakthrough that pushes the memory overclocking to a brand new starting point. Full Product Line Showcased for Computex 2013(Booth No.: J0818) Team Group is dedicated in developing overclocking DRAM products for years and has three product lines, Xtreem Series for performance enthusiasts, Dark Series for overclocking beginners, and Vulcan Series for gamers. 11. ... and so it begins ...
  12. ... to prepare to move to public.
  13. - XP - Largesystemcache=1 - About 3 working services - maxmem - copywaza That's about it.
  14. VR-Zone pulled their article? http://chinese.vr-zone.com/65167/dont-care-intel-nda-asus-z87-mobo-ad-show-at-guanghua-05282013/
  15. Depending on BIOS support, GPU (IGP) overclocking is supported Bios support, in this case, is implementing the right hooks for all the options. As long as the board follows default Intel bios guide, it should be fine. Support seems fine in most cases.
  16. Long days now trying to get this to work. Big thanks goes out to MSI for helping out tuning stuff
  17. Updated list - surely this can be a lot faster
  18. Oh okay ... had no idea about that. It was rather weird to see only Asus banners up in the streets. Now it kind of makes sense.
