Make sure the display is unreadable but still working. Disassemble the poster en het the display out of the 4 metal retainers but leave it connected to the pcb. Use heatgun on the plastic connector. Use low heat on the connector which attached to the pcb. Gently but firmly stroke the connection of were the plastic is touching the pcb. Here are the connections for the signal. Don't overheat the display or else is would go black. A little black will go away when it is a little to hot. But don't overdue. Got 2. But not fully functioning. Haven't gotten around to try to fix then. Edit: Pulled one of the shelf and got it almost fixed. It is only the first letter which is not clearly visible but it is workable. Will need to give a bit more heat ? Edit 2: Fully working now.

Is the 1801 modded bios with xp support better in eff. then the 1704 with xp support ? As for the turboV issue. Just set to multi in bios to 75 and start with slowmode. In os downclock using TurboV and flip slowmode off. Works for me.
