Other guys has about 30C more with custom water with similar settings. I have my rad outside so my water has 15C under load and still I have about 60C during RB and H265. Please explain

Ok so just FYI. 1st spike = just turning on and of GPUPI (ran at 405MHz) 2nd spike = 1B HWB run (ran at 405MHz) 3rd spike = again turn and off GPUPI then one Furmark run which ran at 1442MHz. I also made a short video

As I mentioned, the downlock happens right I open GPUPI, Also right I close the benchmark, clocks are back. Its 1000% related to GPUPI.

Thats weird, GPUPI doesnt load my GPU such as FireStrike for example but I understand. But what I don't understand is how a another competer with R9 290 @ 1200/1500 has better results the I with 780Ti Kingpind @ 1410/1925. Any explanations pls? Thanks
