  1. We are still working on it, it's not particularly easy to deal with Iran being a US based company. But you are not forgotten don't worry.
  2. Thank you Roman. Time to buy some conductive ink, at least you can remove it compare to straight soldering. It's a patch but I don't think it's the whole solution as 4.7G uncore is benchable almost stock voltage if you processor is cold. But it's great to have a fix
  3. Really? That's from 2008!! How is it even remotely related to a contest qualifier taking place 6 years later? Ahahaha
  4. The rule was to show a picture of the heatspreader last year and nothing this year prevents us to ask for the same thing at the moderators discretion. Last year there was no issue so why all of a sudden this year there should be? Same for the LATAM and APAC qualifier this year, everything went okay. I feel a lot of it is personal and has nothing to do here. Now I will let the HWBOT moderators do their job, they've proven in the past they are more than capable. We will clarify the rules for the NA qualifier.
  5. you ask people to rebench on skype but you can't ask them for a picture of their memory?
  6. attendee is fine. it will be 11 ocers at the HOT finals btw
  7. I'll be there the first 2 days.
  8. Chispet allowed may vary too, so far Z87 only for LATAM and Far East. We saw that Z97 may be a bit more gifted than Z87 when it comes to memory OC. So we want to avoid any complain about having to use the latest Z97 chipset. edit: by Z87 and Z97 I mean Intel 8 Series and 9 series chipsets
  9. If someone is not sure about something, please ask here. I'm sure we can help.
  10. In all seriousness, I think we would need 40 slots to satisfy all the regions. Last year we had a nice geographical spread even with one worldwide qualifier but that was lucky. At least this year we are sure to have a nice mix again.
  11. Looking forward seeing some other stuff than MFR clocked on that board!
