Ram Overclocking Global Points?

Featured Replies

Was just browsing some results on the front page of the bot when I noticed some ram CPU-Z results getting some rather large point hauls, click on it to find that global points have been added for ram OC now?

Just sort of a question as to why exactly since it seems pointless to me since the newest ram tech will always yield the highest overclocks so enabling globals doesn't really seem to make sense to me. Or maybe that's just me but interested to hear what other people say.

Der8auer suggested we should add global points for each of the memory categories.

Currently that's not possible due to code, but it would be a good idea I think.

But that's the bit I don't understand, surely giving each one globals kinda defeats the whole point of having global points because there are just the same as hardware points in this case but with a higher value to them :P
