That was one of our first PCs too. I remember the turbo button that overclocked the chip to 133MHz (or so it said). :D

From 40 to 80 :D

 

I am not pleased however with the efficiency of this score...

Still cannot figure out what hold me back...

Probably is the mobo and it's bios...

I don't remember structure of win98 OS, but in NT Window's there is a performance trick - pagefile. HDD is slow. Ram is fast. You know what to do... :)

My first PC was a 80286... :D

Still have the cpu ;)

80286 was mine too.

 

Came in a HUGE tall tower, which was empty inside. Just looks...

4mb ram.

Upgrading to 8mb ram cost a fortune.
