xxbassplayerxx Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 I've been on a long quest to get a completely functional X58A-OC since my original died a while back. I had it repaired but it failed a few days later. I tracked down a heavily used one but it's beat up and has contact issues in the socket often resulting in dropping a DIMM. Finally found one like new on eBay last week and sniped it as soon as it was listed. Snapped a few family photos: 1 Quote

And why Gigabyte OC ? I had UD3R and UD9 and they are terrible with RAM, couldn't make them stable with some voltages that they were stable even 0.15V lower on R3E. xxbassplayerxx Posted October 31, 2015 Author Posted October 31, 2015 Gigatasticaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, for a few reasons I didn't like the UP7 that much... rest of them boards is dead easy benching Man I love the UP7. That was the board that introduced the 8x multi switch which is why it still has all of the Ivy frequency records. I do remember it struggled with memory for a while though. I also have a few boards that aren't Gigabyte: Rampage Extreme, Crosshair V Formula, Maximus VII Impact, and P55 Classified 200. Quote
ObscureParadox Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 I don't have the floor space to take a picture of mine, + they are not all stored in the same building for that reason Nice collection of gigas though, gotta love the X58A-OC!!! Quote
