I figured higher CPU clock is out of the question (build external PLL or increase multiplier is difficult)... so I went for perf/clock effectivity.

So older CPU-Z is allowed? Thought only the most recent was allowed...

Latest cpu-z is only needed for online validation, as the older version validation file is not accepted. For normal submission you can use any version.

And yes, this score was made on win98.

Very good result and also good clocks for both the vga and cpu.
