MaJ0r Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 Are old scores allowed? Example my old scores Super Pi and CPU-Z wich I got recently? Quote

saint19 Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 - Only new scores - moved to right forum With new scores, do you mean to scores do it on Januray 1st? or we can add a score did it on 31st December or 30th December. Quote
TaPaKaH Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 When I upload a score, how does Gigashyte know when it was done? 2009/2010 or 2011? Perhaps, Gigashyte knows everything, right? Quote
Massman Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 Fine. I'll make a background for this competition ... ^^ Quote
Massman Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Background: http://hwbot.org/blog/wp-content//1920-1080.jpg Quote
saint19 Posted January 1, 2011 Posted January 1, 2011 I did two submission, obviously aren't the best and the guys with LN2 and Phase change will take the 1st place soon, I hope have the enough points to win one of those mobos Quote
saint19 Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 (edited) Hi Massman, I'm trying to upload the verification screen of SuperPI but the system doesn't load the picture. Can you help me? EDIT: Nevermind, I delete and re-post and now everything is OK. Edited January 2, 2011 by saint19 Quote
A-Dub Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Looks like things are heating up, some nice scores being submitted, but it looks like not everyone is using the competition background. Is this rule going to be enforced? Quote
Massman Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Yes. I think I'll do a first clean-up when we're at 50% of the competition. Quote
rebelion Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Yes. I think I'll do a first clean-up when we're at 50% of the competition. Is it mandatory use the G1 background?? Ok, i´ll must bench again the CPU. Bye! Quote
oanvoanc Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 i have two questions: do we need a background picture for the cpuz verification? (cpuz-validation is enough or not?) how to make the cpuz-validation valid? all my valids are "invalid" thanks Quote
Massman Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Invalid results are mostly due to a large difference between the core you validate and the other cores. No background is needed for CPU validation. Quote
stunned_guy Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 I always clock with all cores and some files are defectiv. I cant say why. So I have to do this with an incorrect file Quote
rebelion Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I´ve an incorrect validation with 4 or 5MHz more than my submision, i don´t know why it´s incorrect. The PC was stable no BSOD or any problem after saving the validation file. Keep triyng guys!!! Bye! Quote
ChanceCoats123 Posted January 16, 2011 Posted January 16, 2011 Yes. I think I'll do a first clean-up when we're at 50% of the competition. This clean-up includes blatantly obvious cpu-z submissions, yes? Quote
Massman Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 This clean-up includes blatantly obvious cpu-z submissions, yes? How do you mean? Quote
A-Dub Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 How do you mean? Some of the cpu-z submissions appear to be resubmissions of old scores. Quote
Massman Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 You mean that 1 submissions? . Just quickly ran through the top-10; only found one old submission. Quote
ChanceCoats123 Posted January 17, 2011 Posted January 17, 2011 I wasn't trying to single anyone out, so I used precise wording. Quote
chew* Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) I made a new valid just in case people complained.......seeing how I submitted it day 1 early and was benching like a few hours before contest opened..... GL and have fun. Edited January 30, 2011 by chew* Quote
saint19 Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 As all we thought, the guys with LN2 will win this contest, I think that people with air cooler and H2O don't have opportunity , even that I did my overclock the 1st days and I will try to add another one with H2O before the contest close. I hope be a lucky guy to win one of those mobos. Quote
