Posted August 21, 20168 yr Nice! I needed LN2 for this clock. Also surprised 1.9V is stable for you (was unstable here)
August 21, 20168 yr Around 1.92v was the limit before it was unstable and could only run 32m at this clock on the less efficient 1st core
August 21, 20168 yr Don't mix up core voltage with memory and it's PSC that's good for 1.97v  @flanker Try booting at 18x on the CPU to boot and using msrtweaker set p0 to 38x, p1 to 37x and p2 to 35x because before that I could only post at 117 bclk although I could only get it stable on the 1st core
August 21, 20168 yr I'll post it up later but I just made a batch file that just needs to be pasted with the msrtweaker exe that sets the 3 power states to max  Edit: I've now got 124 bclk running with ambient but can't get stable at 38x although I got a cpu-z valid Edited August 21, 20168 yr by newlife
August 22, 20168 yr Here's that batch file and be sure to see what it does first and post with amdmsrtweaker.exe https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxdDxU9W5G1DcEc0b3dxUzU3cXM/view?usp=drivesdk  Damn my CPU-Z at 4711mhz came out corrupted so I got 4664 with 123 bclk instead newlife`s CPU Frequency score: 4664.22 mhz with a Athlon X4 845
