It's not for HWBot validation, it's for OSBIS competition. Carry on.

I requested information from Websmile for TeamCup 2017 and the screenshot was not necessary ... my submission with fx8350 confirms it

That's not the case here.

The simple and honest answer is ... that he could not validate at that speed with cpu-z tabs open.

With this platform i'm made validation file at 940mhz but screen only at 878mhz, if you want delete my score, is not problem for me.

If i launch 3 cpu-z tabs the screen with max freq is 856mhz. 

It may also be that the software used to make the screen is heavy and I could not do better.
