ObscureParadox Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 he means the score needs to be shown as "valid" on the 3dmark site, i.e. we need to follow their rules also, so no tesselation modification. Quote

yosarianilives Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 Yes, the only allowed mark against it is non approved driver Quote
noizemaker Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 allright, thanks for clearance.. rebench today :-)) Quote
noizemaker Posted May 6, 2019 Posted May 6, 2019 okay so we need a valid link, but the rules say tesselation is allowed ?? https://hwbot.org/news/8624_application_29_rules/?lang=de Quote
Crew Leeghoofd Posted May 6, 2019 Crew Posted May 6, 2019 (edited) Competition rules might be added on top of the standard rule sor even override them... In the case of this competition: https://hwbot.org/competition/cheapaz_chips_s3/stage/4564_3dmark_-_sky_diver_(gpu) it mentions: 3DMark links must be included, and the scores must be valid on 3dmark.com Why was this added you might ask, This compo is all about the raw GPU clocks and not about the driver tweaks....
